I used to be confused about the differences between the two. But not anymore. That’s thanks to Cafe World Domination, the excellent new guide to this cool Facebook game. Only now do I understand the difference. I know the best ways to earn both Cafe Coins and Cafe Cash. Interested in some tips?
Cafe Coins
Coins are the normal, everyday kind of money in the game. Customers use coins to pay for their food. With coins, you can buy supplies or decorations for your cafe. In other words, coins are the most important currency you need, and you will need a lot of them.
Since this is the case, it is good that coins are quite easy to obtain. Early in the game, there will be more things to buy than you have coins to pay for. So, thrift is in order in the beginning. You want to have it easy with things like clothes and decorations, and use your coins for things like buying stoves, tables, and chairs. After all, these are the things that allow you to earn more coins faster. If you’re smart about this, it won’t be long before you’re earning more coins than you can reasonably spend.
Coffee Cash
Cash is a completely different animal. It’s hard to earn, but you don’t really need a lot of it early in the game. That’s a good thing, because you really should save your money for later. Why?
Saving your money early is crucial because as you progress through the game, there will be items you really want that you can only get with Cafe Cash. A little delayed gratification in the beginning will really benefit you later in the game.
You will receive 1 currency each time you level up in the game. You can also buy game cash with real money. Many players replenish their in-game money stash by clicking the Café Coins & Cash tab at the top of the screen and spending real money.
There is another way to make money, and you don’t have to spend real money on it. At the bottom of the Coins and Cash page are a number of surveys. You can earn Cafe Cash and coins by taking a few minutes to complete some of these surveys. When you do this, any coins or cash you earn will usually be deposited into your game account within a day.
